Acceptance of the Flight Agreement
By accessing the Aviator platform and participating in our digital flight simulations, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in their entirety. These rules govern the relationship between the platform and the user, ensuring a structured and safe environment for all participants. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services and exiting the flight deck immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in local regulations or platform functionality.
Eligibility and Pilot Registration
To participate in the Aviator experience within the United Kingdom, users must be at least eighteen years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. It is the responsibility of the user to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Each pilot is permitted to hold only one account on the platform, and the creation of multiple accounts may lead to the immediate suspension of all related profiles and the voiding of any accumulated results.
Rules of the Air and Gameplay Mechanics
The Aviator game operates on a multiplier mechanic where the objective is to exit the flight before the aircraft disappears from the screen. All results are determined by a certified random number generator, ensuring that every flight is independent and unpredictable. Users must understand that the timing of their exit is their sole responsibility and that technical delays on the part of the user’s internet connection do not constitute grounds for a refund. We provide the tools for the flight, but the strategic execution remains in the hands of the pilot.
Financial Transactions and Withdrawal Protocols
All financial activities on the platform must be conducted using approved payment methods that belong legally to the account holder. We employ strict verification processes to ensure the security of all deposits and withdrawals made by our UK community. While we strive to process all withdrawal requests promptly, processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment provider and the necessity of additional security checks. Users are responsible for ensuring that all tax obligations related to their activities are met in accordance with UK law.
Prohibited Conduct and System Integrity
Maintaining a fair environment is essential for the longevity of the Aviator community. Any attempt to manipulate the software, use automated betting bots, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent exclusion from the platform. We monitor all flight patterns for suspicious activity and reserve the right to freeze accounts undergoing investigation for fraudulent behaviour. Respectful conduct toward our support staff and other community members is expected at all times.
Limitation of Liability and Service Interruptions
While we aim to provide a continuous and error free flight experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. We are not liable for any losses resulting from hardware malfunctions, internet connectivity issues on the user’s side, or scheduled maintenance periods. In the event of a documented system wide error that affects the outcome of a flight, our liability is limited to the initial stake placed by the user for that specific round.
Termination of the Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by closing the user account or ceasing use of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in activities that threaten the security of the platform. Upon termination, any undisputed funds remaining in the account will be returned to the user, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
